Graham offers a range of professional services from preparation of pavement designs, rehabilitation strategies, advice on specifications and construction issues, research and development and as an expert witness.
Key Stages
The key stage in the process is to understand the client’s needs and the challenge at hand. At times the client is not aware of the underlying cause of a particular issue, and may have less idea of a solution(s). A site inspection or discussion with other related specialists, as appropriate, are highly desirable at this stage.
Time invested at this stage, the output of which is synthesized into a written Proposal, is highly beneficial to a successful project outcome.
Proposal
For simple design and rehabilitation work an “e-mail” proposal may be provided. For more involved projects, such as most development and research projects, or by client request, a formal proposal is prepared showing:
Once all aspects are agreed, the draft proposal is adopted as the (final) Proposal, a copy of which is provided to the client.
Execution of Project
Upon formal acceptance of the Proposal, site works are arranged and or data collected. A draft report is provided to the client; usually e-mailed as an attached file.
Upon the agreed completion, two hard-copies of the final report are forwarded to the client. Electronic copies are prepared and forwarded upon request.
